Well what can I say..WCG World Finals was such an awesome event, without a doubt the best gaming event I’ve ever been to. The top gamers from all over the world were there and the atmosphere was crazy. The level of skill in the halo 3 tournament was awesome! Other than a select 2 or 3 countries, everybody’s individual skill was pretty amazing..I mean they are the best in their country right?! Anyway, ill fill you in on how it all went down.
The first day we got there, we arrived at around 6am in the morning and took hours to find the hostel. We walked along this one street for it seemed forever until we ran into the Singapore team who pointed us in the right direction. When we got there, we were pretty impressed. Today we see Encore\'s Halo 3 team progress through the World Cyber Games World Finals group stages undefeated with 3 out of 3 wins.
The team has had a great start to the games, and we look forward to seeing them in action tomorrow (Saturday the 8th of November) in the finals. Their first game will be at 10:00PM Sydney and Victoria time, against the  German team nFaculty. Encore Gaming is excited to announce our new Counter-Strike Source team. As of today we would like to present our division to consist of the members of one of the most renown Counter-Strike Source teams; Fighting 4 Freedom. We are sad to see the Fighting 4 Freedom name once again put to rest, possibly for the final time, but it is without doubt a non-regrettable change.
Joining together with the multi-gaming organisation, Encore Gaming, is a step forward in professionalism for all players who were in Fighting 4 Freedom.
